In this exclusive experience—developed by our experienced instructors and Special Operations Forces operators—we go beyond traditional leadership courses. We'll take you on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth, exploring three essential pillars of transformative leadership in depth:

• The physical: how do you deal with stress and pressure?

• The moral: are you making the right choices for your mission, your people and yourself?

• The conceptual: can you translate strategy into a plan and executable goals?

You won't learn the aforementioned leadership competencies from a book or masterclass. You'll learn them in practice, in a situation outside your comfort zone. And we offer you this opportunity by executing a real Special Forces mission from start to finish in a team of like-minded individuals. You'll learn to translate objectives into a strategy and a plan. You'll execute and learn to manage continuous change. And you'll evaluate both individually and at the team level. You'll be mentored by real commandos and industry professionals. They'll share their knowledge, skills, and secrets directly with you, so you can immediately benefit from their insights and experiences.

Our Full Mission Profile is a completely new approach to leadership training. It's not about boring breakout sessions or classroom concepts. Instead, action and experience take center stage. You'll experience the methods and principles of real-world missions and apply them directly in business and personally as a leader. The Full Mission Profile includes a wide range of activities and scenarios that will challenge you physically, mentally, and emotionally. Climbing, navigating, collaborating, making decisions under stressful conditions—all this and much more awaits you.

The day consists of four parts:

1. The planning of an SF mission including all dependencies

2. The execution of a SF mission including unexpected events

3. The hot debrief of a SF mission with your team

4. A BBQ and campfire to relax together and meet the Operators including (1-on-1/group) feedback

All materials, food, drinks, and facilities are included. Some physical fitness is required, but you don't need to be as fit as a commando. Prepare for a life-transforming experience that's incredibly cool and... never offered before!
