In this exclusive experience, developed by our experienced instructors and Special Operations Forces operators, we go beyond traditional leadership courses. We take you on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth, exploring three essential pillars of transformative leadership:

You won't learn the above-mentioned leadership competencies in a book or masterclass. You will learn them in practice; in a situation outside your comfort zone. And we offer you that opportunity by carrying out a real Special Forces mission from start to finish in a team of like-minded people. You will learn to translate objectives into a strategy and a plan. You will execute and learn to deal with continuous changes. And you will evaluate at both individual and team level. Our Full Mission Profile is a completely new approach to leadership training. It is not about boring breakout sessions or classroom concepts. Instead, it is about action and experience. You will experience the methods and principles of real commandos and be able to apply them directly in business and personally as a leader. The Full Mission Profile includes a wide range of activities and scenarios that will challenge you on a physical, mental and emotional level. Climbing, navigating, working together, making decisions under stressful conditions - all this and much more awaits you.

The day consists of four parts:

1. Planning a SF mission including all dependencies

2. The execution of a SF mission including unexpected events

3. The hot debrief of a SF mission with your team

4. A BBQ and campfire to relax together and meet the Operators including (1-on-1/group) feedback

All materials, food and drinks and facilities are included. Some physical endurance is required but you don't have to be as fit as a commando. Prepare for a life-transforming experience that is unprecedentedly cool and... never offered before!
