ABOUT NASSAU420

UNITING BRAINS & BOOTS

Connecting worlds with the sharpness of the Special Forces

Nassau420 was founded on a belief: to connect the acuity of Special Forces with the innovative power of the civilian world. Thomas V and Nick H, former Special Forces operators with nearly twenty years of experience, are responsible for daily management, along with international pharmaceutical director Marike Dohmen and Prof. Daan Dohmen, a tech entrepreneur who has brought digital healthcare to 135 countries.

They form a team of 21 operators from Dutch and international Special Operations Forces, and 14 civilian experts from behavioral sciences and human-machine interaction. Brains & Boots connecting defense and society.

What drives us is freedom

Tomorrow's missions—in boardrooms and on battlefields—demand new forms of collaboration. For freedom. To shape our own future. We are building that bridge.

Not from an office, but from trust, honesty and the conviction that Europe can be stronger and more resilient.

At Nassau420, the team is central. Just like in the Special Forces, trust is the foundation. We're honest about expectations. We celebrate mistakes—because that's how you learn. Everyone feels supported and valued.

And we respect everyone's qualities. This includes our faithful four-legged friend, who has now retired after years of operational service.

Brotherhood and Sisterhood that trust each other blindly
