Discover Medical Leadership in Extreme Situations
Working under pressure is nothing new for a medical specialist, but what if that pressure is different from what you're used to? Imagine: you're in a jungle, an ominous tension hangs in the air, and you feel watched. You know something is about to happen, but you have to complete your mission with your team. How do you react? Spine surgeon Robert Jan Kroeze experienced this firsthand when he was unexpectedly called upon to participate in a mission. "I'm used to pressure, but not in a situation like this. It was remarkable to experience what happens to you and your team during such a mission and the lessons you can learn from it."

In a world where medical decisions must be made increasingly quickly, Nassau420 invites you to a unique event – White Coats; Green On! Here you'll have the opportunity to hone your skills and develop your medical leadership skills as part of a team, under the guidance of Special Operations Forces.
Program
Interactive Sessions: Learn from Robert Jan Kroeze MD PhD and experienced SF operators how to stay calm, make quick and effective decisions, and motivate their teams in extreme situations.
Mission Preparation: Apply the principles you've learned to prepare and execute a real mission. Develop a deeper understanding of team leadership and effective communication under pressure.
Executing a SF mission: After lunch, you'll carry out a real mission in our training jungle under the guidance of SF operators. Afterward, the mission will be thoroughly evaluated in a hot debrief.
Networking drinks: End the day with a pleasant drink and the opportunity to network with other medical professionals.
