Learn the theory behind the success of medical leadership in the Special Operations Force

The day will begin with several interactive sessions led by Prof. Daan Dohmen and some of our most experienced SF operators, who routinely work under intense pressure. Discover how they maintain their composure, make quick and effective decisions, and motivate their teams, even in the most extreme situations. You'll have the opportunity to learn their medical combat techniques and strategies and apply them in your own medical practice.

Experience for yourself how medical procedures are performed under pressure

After lunch, the afternoon program focuses on leadership skills, organizational development, and medical practice under pressure. Learn how to lead and motivate your team, how to efficiently organize your practice, and how to respond effectively in stressful situations. This event is carefully designed to support your growth as a professional and leader in healthcare. During several exercises, you will learn key C/ABCD methods and specific medical skills, including demonstrations by experienced instructors.

Carry out a real SF mission and put what you have learned into practice in our jungle in Didam

The second part of the afternoon is dedicated to carrying out a real mission under the guidance of Special Operations Forces Operators. Step into the shoes of an operator and take on the challenge of carrying out a mission in our training jungle. Special Operations Forces Operators will supervise the adventure while your medical leadership skills are put to the test under pressure. After this experience, there will be a comprehensive debrief.
