Your leadership skills will be trained in four areas:

1. The planning of an SF mission including all dependencies
2. The execution of a SF mission including unexpected events
3. The hot debrief of a SF mission with your team
4. A BBQ and campfire to relax together and meet the Operators including (1-on-1/group) feedback

All materials, food, drinks, and facilities are included. Some physical fitness is required, but you don't need to be as fit as a commando.
